Day 1: Cape Peninsula
150km: Today we explore the Cape Peninsula on a gentle sightseeing ride. Our route explores Boyes Drive, Simon's Town, Boulders Beach, Cape Point, Misty Cliffs, Chapmans Peak and Camps Bay.
Day 2: Cape Town to Hermanus
160km: We begin our ride heading east out of Cape Town to Gordon's Bay and then around the spectacular eastern False Bay coastline to Hermanus via Bettys Bay.
Day 3: Hermanus to Swellendam
204km: Today we head south to explore the Southern tip of Africa at Agulhas before heading back north through the beautiful Overberg via the Malgas ferry to Swellendam at the foot of the Langeberg mountain range.
Day 4: Swellendam to Oudtshoorn
248km: Our day begins with a ride up the famous Tradouw Pass before we connect with the iconic Route 62 passing through Barrydale and Calitzdorp and the sweeping bends of Huis Rivier Pass before arriving at the ostrich-farming town of Oudtshoorn.
Day 5: Oudtshoorn to Wilderness via Cango Caves
130km: We have the chance to explore the Cango Caves at the beginning of our ride to the Garden Route coast. On the way we descend the spectacular Outeniqua Pass on our way to Wilderness.
Day 6: Explore Wilderness
0km: A rest day today as we explore the area around Wilderness. Activity options include a visit to the beautiful Wilderness beach, canoeing in the Touwsriver lagoon, or a visit to Wilderness National Park with plenty of opportunities for bird-watching and wildlife viewing.
Day 7: Wilderness to Knysna
50km: A short ride today takes us along the Garden Route coast to Knysna with plenty of time to explore the area around Sedgefield and the Goukamma Nature Reserve on the way.
Day 8: Explore Knysna
0km: Today we have a full day to explore the Garden Route town of Knysna. Options include a visit to the Knysna Heads, relaxing on the local beaches, a boat cruise on the lagoon, a visit to the Knysna Elephant Park, a forest walk, or the collection of motorcycles at the Motorcycle Room.
Day 9: Knysna to St Francis Bay
195km: Today we ride east along the coast, stopping in at Plettenberg Bay and Nature's Valley and Storms River mouth. We get to ride the beautiful, remote old Bloukrans pass before reaching our overnight stop at St Francis Bay.
Day 10: St Francis Bay to PE Game Reserve
180km: Our last day takes us through Jeffrey's Bay and Port Elizabeth on our way inland to a private game reserve.
